Kevin has 18 years of
pharmaceutical industry experience in numerous
management and executive roles.
He realized his destiny was to get
into the pharmaceutical industry while working at
the University of Windsor as a Student Placement
Officer. When a Sales Manager from a large
pharmaceutical company asked the campus placement
office if they could assist in recruiting a Sales
Representative for the Windsor area, Kevin knew he
had found his calling! After reading the job
description and fine print about the company's
compensation package including a healthy base
salary, a bonus plan and a
company car, he assured the Sales Manager he would
help him in his search. Two weeks later Kevin
started his career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Pat has 25 years experience in the
pharmaceutical industry, the last 20 years working
in Human Resources at Boehringer Ingelheim (Canada)
Ltd. Her experience encompasses all phases of human
resources management with strong emphasis on
staffing, employee relations, relocation and
International assignments. She was a member of the
Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario
and acquired her C.H.R.P. designation, as well as
being an active member of the Canadian Employee
Relocation Council (CERC).
During her career with Boehringer
Pat was strategically involved in the recruitment
process for sales force expansions as well as other
departments and divisions, including Information
Technology, Operations, Marketing, Animal Health and
Consumer Healthcare.
She is a strong believer that good
hiring decisions are key to the success of any
organization and that the hiring process deserves
the same time, resources and efforts as all other
strategic initiatives. These initiatives should
include the use of all methods available to source
out and select top talent.

Barry Robinson has 25 plus years
experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare
industry. During his career he has worked for large
multi-national organizations Pfizer, Astra, Oral B
Laboratories, Pharmacia, ASTA Medica and Baxter.
Barry has held progressive positions at all levels
of the organization including Territory Manager,
Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Director of
Sales and Marketing and VP Sales and Marketing.
Barry's specialty is building sales teams, hiring,
training, coaching and mentoring.
